Author Publishment aims to deliver high-quality eBook, audiobook, interactive eBook, and author services. This Refund Policy explains eligibility, limitations, and processes for refunds.
Refunds may be considered if:
Work on your project has not started.
Cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment.
Duplicate payment has been made.
Refunds are not available if:
Work has already started on your manuscript, eBook formatting, cover design, audiobook, or interactive eBook.
Final files or materials have been delivered.
You change your mind after delivery.
Delays are caused by incomplete information from the client.
Requested services exceed the scope of the purchased package.
Partial refunds may be issued if only a portion of the services has been completed (e.g., partial formatting or editing).
Revisions will be provided according to the number included in your purchased package.
Refunds will only be issued if agreed-upon services cannot be delivered after multiple revision attempts.
All delivered digital files (eBooks, audio files, interactive eBooks, marketing materials) are non-refundable due to their downloadable nature.
